WO Chris Fitt of 2454 (Warbreck) Squadron celebrated 25 years of continuous service to the Squadron on Thursday 10th June 2010. He rejoined the Squadron in 1985, having previously served as a cadet in the 1960s, and has been there ever since.

 

 

Chris, who works for Blackpool Transport, is currently the Squadron Shooting officer, but in his time he has performed all sorts of other duties on the unit. He even ran the Squadron for a short time.

 

Anyone who has any involvement with 2454 Squadron over the last 25 years will have come across Chris. He has made a lasting impact on the Squadron and through his hard work many cadets have worked their way through the unit and on to better things in either service or civilian life.
