Doncaster Air Cadets from ‘Tornado’ Flight are celebrating recent success as they have won the squadron inter-flight competition. Tornado Flight headed up by cadet Sergeant Bethany Holden have performed exceptionally during the month collecting valuable points to see off rival flights Vulcan and Phantom. The inter-flight competition covers a wide range of areas from drill, dress, classifications gained, sports, DofE and cadets turning out for weekend events. The award was formally presented by Sqn Ldr Kirk, Sector Commander 2 during a recent presentation evening.
Cadet Sergeant Holden commented ‘Tornado flight has worked hard to win the inter-flight competition. The squadron enjoys this particular challenge and cadets from Tornado flight have really got stuck in which in turn has made me proud as NCO in charge!’
