Target Shooting
NorthSATT is the small arms training team for the Air Cadets North Region. It provides training for personnel within the region who wish to become marksmanship coaches, weapon instructors or who want to qualify to conduct live firing and marksmanship training.
NorthSATT is one of six regional teams and was formed by the merger of the former North & East SATT and North & West SATT. Tracing our foundation back to the formation of the North & East SATT in December 1987 we are proud to have trained over 2000 instructors since that time.
The team, which is based at the AC Regional Headquarters at Royal Air Force Linton on Ouse, York, provides courses for the six wings of the North Region, Air Training Corps and in addition trains RAF TEST instructors who work with local CCF School Units.
