Welcome to HQ North Region Air Training Corps
The North Region of the Air Training Corps encompasses all of Northern England from a line joining the Mersey and the Humber up to the Scottish Border.
Most towns within that area have an ATC unit and there are about 6500 air cadets in the 170 North Region Squadrons. It's aim is to provide a stimulating, exciting and challenging training programme which ensures that all cadets achieve their full potential.
Success may come in many different ways including academics, sport, athletics, flying, gliding, skiing, adventure training, leadership training and in the Duke of Edinburgh Award. The ATC motto is Venture - Adventure and it will always be the aim of the North Region to live up to that ideal.
